Before committing to a real-estate contract, it is useful to read the document as a whole and connect every obligation to the responsible party and its relevant date. This includes the property description, payment terms, handover, conditions precedent and any remedies.
Correspondence, annexes and side arrangements should be clear and consistent with the main contract. Where there are undefined points or broad terms, clarification may be appropriate before commitment.
This is general educational material. Assessing a contract or transaction requires review of the relevant documents and full facts.
